Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ckt44 platform — they are your guide to accounts, bonuses and transactions.

- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use the services at ckt44, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. ckt44 services are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
- Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Registration using the identity of a third party is not permitted.
- ckt44 may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification (KYC).
- If registration is completed with false information, the account and its balance may be confiscated.
Account and Payment Rules
Account Management
It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. The following guidelines must be strictly followed:
- Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone else.
- If your login details are used without authorisation, notify the support team immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
- After a prolonged period of inactivity (90 days), ckt44 may review the account.
- Members may request account closure or temporary suspension at any time.
- The member is responsible for all activities that take place on their account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Transactions at ckt44 are fast, easy and secure. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account in the member's own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- For suspicious transactions, ckt44 may request additional verification.
- ckt44 reserves the right to suspend and investigate any transaction suspected of money laundering or fraud.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account details are incorrect.
Bonuses and Gaming Rules
Bonuses and Promotions
ckt44 offers attractive bonus offers for members. The following conditions apply when accepting a bonus:
- Welcome bonus: up to 200% on the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳15,000 bonus.
- Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (the bonus amount).
- Bonuses are issued once only; attempting to claim a bonus again through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
- Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions, which are published separately.
- ckt44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.
- Bonuses may only be usable on specified games — please read the details of each offer.
The VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier comes with special benefits including a weekly cashback. Detailed VIP terms are published separately.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots and all other gaming activities at ckt44:
- All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed.
- ckt44 reserves the right to void any winnings or bonuses received incorrectly due to a technical error.
- Game outcomes are determined by the relevant provider's certified random number generator (RNG).
- In sports betting, if an event is cancelled the bet will be refunded, subject to the relevant provider's policy.
- Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
- ckt44 reserves the right to set or change betting limits.
- Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports across BPL, T20, IPL and other tournaments.
Prohibited Activities and Privacy
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Using a false identity, incorrect information or another person's identity.
- Bonus fraud — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or by other means.
- Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Using automated bots or software to play.
- Placing coordinated bets together with other members.
- Attempting to hack, phish or carry out any other cyber attack on the platform.
- Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately toward ckt44 staff.
Privacy and Data Protection
ckt44 gives the highest priority to the security of members' personal information:
- All personal data is protected with SSL encryption technology.
- ckt44 will never ask for a member's password via email or chat.
- Members' information is not sold to third parties.
- Documents collected for KYC verification are stored on secure servers.
- Members may request deletion of their data — however, some information may need to be retained where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Liability, Disputes and Termination
Limitation of Liability
- ckt44 is not responsible for financial losses in gaming — participation is entirely at the member's own risk.
- ckt44 is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection or device issues.
- ckt44 is not responsible for delays caused by errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Services may be disrupted due to technical issues, server maintenance or force majeure.
- ckt44's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the member's actual deposit.
Dispute Resolution
- Please report any complaint first via live chat or email ([email protected]).
- After receiving a complaint, ckt44 will generally begin an investigation and maintain communication.
- The first means of resolving a dispute is mutual discussion.
- If no resolution is reached, mediation through a neutral third party may be pursued.
- In disputes relating to game outcomes, the provider's log data will be treated as the final evidence.
Changes to Terms
- ckt44 may partially or fully update these terms at any time.
- For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.
- Continued use of the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account and withdraw their balance.

Account Closure and Termination
- Members may request account closure at any time via live chat.
- In the event of a rule violation, ckt44 may suspend or close an account without notice.
- Any valid balance will be returned to the member after account closure, though amounts under investigation may be held.
- Members experiencing gambling problems may voluntarily close their account — this is part of responsible gaming.
